LISTEN, LISTEN, LISTEN and then ask strategic questions.

DRINK FRESH WATER. Water flushes out toxins and keeps your BRAIN SHARP.

Operate our company and serve our clients through creative ideas, using the latest proven technology.

Team with our clients, our industry and each other on the basis of TRUST. Have integrity and command that same thing from others. You will find yourself surrounded with like-minded people.

RESPECT each other, pursue personal development and recognize accomplishments.

Always try to IMPROVE OURSELVES both professionally and personally.

Communicate openly, clearly, promptly, honestly and with respect. COMMUNICATION is complicated. Remember that each person is raised in a different family with slightly different definitions of every word. An agreement is an agreement only if each party knows the conditions for satisfaction and a time is set for satisfaction to occur.

Value the strength DIVERSITY brings to our company

Write down your short and long term GOALS four times a year. A class study at Harvard found that only 3% of the students had written goals. 20 years later, the same 3% were wealthier than the other 97% combined.

Recognize people for their TALENTS and CONTRIBUTIONS.

Stress is related to 99% of all illnesses. A daily hit of athletic induced endorphins will reduce that stress, give you the power to MAKE BETTER DECISIONS and help you BE AT PEACE with yourself.

DO IT NOW. The world is changing at such a RAPID RATE that waiting to implement changes will result in being two steps behind. DO IT NOW, DO IT NOW!

Life is full of setbacks. SUCCESS is determined by how you handle setbacks.
