CONRAC, Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport

The Consolidated Rental Car Facility project will accommodate the 10 existing car rental companies currently operating at the airport. As part of the project, a 2.8 million sq. ft. garage structure with an additional 1,200 sq. ft. group storage space will be constructed along with a 137,000 sq. ft. customer service center, storage and maintenance areas. OLH Inc. is providing services including Enterprise Project Management System (EPMS) Administration, construction administration, construction inspection and supervision and project controls.
Augusta Regional Airport Terminal, Augusta, Georgia

The project consists of the demolition of the existing airline passenger terminal building and construction of a new airline passenger terminal building. The new terminal consists of an 80,000 sq. ft. ground floor, new hold rooms, ticketing and baggage make-up areas, baggage claim and handling areas. A 13,000 sq. ft. second floor will house administration offices, restrooms and additional support space. OLH Inc. is providing overall Program and Project Controls including scheduling and cost controls.
Akwa Ibom International Airport Phase I, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria
The basis of the project consists of design efforts for a new "Green Field" international airport in the State of Akwa Ibom, Nigeria. Currently LPA is developing the Planning and Engineering services for the new airport including a 3700 meter runway, navigational aids, four-gate terminal building, maintenance/repair/overhaul (MRO) facility for wide-body aircraft and a cargo facility. OLH is providing scheduling services including the development of the Master Program Schedule, development of the detailed design schedules and preliminary construction schedules.
Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport, Gulfport, Mississippi

Anticipating the struggles with managing rapid growth, repairs to damaged facilities from Hurricane Katrina and multiple projects in design and construction, the GBIA hired a Program Coordination Team (PCT) to perform Program Management of 29 projects at a total program value of $162 million. These projects include the Terminal Expansion project, which is already under construction, taxiway and runway widening and replacement, drainage and parking lot improvements, new parking deck and replacement of the facilities damages from the hurricane, to name a few. OLH Inc. is providing overall Program/Project Management including project controls, scheduling and cost control.
Columbia Metro Airport Taxiways Y & F Rehabilitation Project, Columbia, South Carolina

The basis of this project consisted of the rehabilitation of Taxiways Y and F as well as various other taxiways, primarily including a bituminous overlay and related work consisting of milling, isolated areas of reconstruction, single surface treatment, pavement marking and electrical work. OLH Inc. provided Resident Construction Inspection (RPR) services during construction of the Taxiways Y and F Rehabilitation to assure the work conformed to the requirements of the contract documents and specifications.
