Duration And Resource Template System ® (DARTS), developed by OLH Inc., is assisting the SCDOT Program Controls Group and the Planning Organization with planning of department resources. This system interfaces directly with the SCDOT scheduling system, called the Transportation Enterprise Activity Management System® (TEAMS), also developed by OLH Inc, utilizing Primavera's P3e/c and providing information to other key department management information systems. DARTS contains templates for various types of typical SCDOT projects. Each template contains all of the pre-construction and construction activities required in completing the project as well as the resources needed in completing each activity.
Charleston County RoadWise TEAMS

OLH Inc. based the Charleston County (CC) RoadWise TEAMS on a previously successful implementation of the system on a similar major transportation improvement program, in return saving the County time and money. CC RoadWise TEAMS is designed and developed with fully integrated Management Information System for the CC RoadWise Program. CC RoadWise TEAMS is a management information system consisting of several separate yet fully integrated modules including the TEAMS Executive Reporting System, TEAMS Financial Management System, TEAMS Right of Way and Utility Management System, TEAMS Project Management Reporting System and the TEAMS Invoice Training System.
Blueprint 2000 Transportation Enterprise Activity Management Systems® (TEAMS)

OLH Inc. designed and developed this fully integrated Management Information System. OLH performed the systems requirement by defining and developing the prototype and designing and deploying the system. BP2000 TEAMS is a Management Information System that is utilizing Primavera P3e/c and the project. It interfaces with Primavera Expedition to track General Engineer Consultants, subconsultants and construction contractor invoice payments. The modules of the program include the TEAMS Executive Reporting System, TEAMS Financial Management System, TEAMS Right of Way and Utility Management System and the TEAMS Project Management Reporting System.
SCDOT Executive Reporting System (ERS)

The SCDOT Executive Reporting System (ERS) is an enterprise-wide reporting system that interfaces with key SCDOT financial information systems, construction management information systems and scheduling/cost control systems to provide comprehensive summary and detail information for senior managers and decision makers. Strategic electronic data interfaces are to the Financial Management and Strategic Planning System, the in-house Primavera P3e/c Scheduling System and the Construction Reporting System (SiteManager). The ERS financial information and the construction data is electronically updated daily.
Polk County Capital Improvement Tracking and Reporting System (CITRIS)

OLH Inc. designed and developed the Capital Improvements Tracking and Reporting System (CITRIS) to aid the Polk County Utilities Program in managing their complex water program. CITRIS interfaces with the Counties accounting system and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) system. OLH Inc. is performing the systems requirements definition, developing the prototype and designing and deploying the system. CITRIS is a management information system consisting of several separate yet full integrated modules; including the Executive Reporting System, Financial Management System, Right of Way and Utility Management System and the Project Management Reporting System.
SCDOT electronic-Transportation Enterprise Activity Management Systems® (e-TEAMS)

OLH Inc. designed and developed the electronic-Transportation Enterprise Activity Management System® (e-TEAMS), which enables SCDOT design consultants to communicate the status of their project activities to the SCDOT. This is accomplished using the e-TEAMS web application. The e-TEAMS application is part of the SCDOT internal master cost and schedule control system and associated software applications, Transportation Enterprise Activity Management Systems® (TEAMS), which tracks cost and schedules status. TEAMS was design and developed by OLH for SCDOT (see OLH's TEAMS project profile). TEAMS utilizes Primavera's P3e/c and Primavision project management and scheduling software and interfaces with other key department management information systems.

The Transportation Enterprise Activity Management System® (TEAMS) is designed and developed by OLH as a department-wide cost and schedule system utilizing Primavera's P3e/c and Primavision project management and scheduling software and interfaces with other key department management information systems. TEAMS includes standard scheduling templates and tracks project budgets and cost data. TEAMS requires effective and precise reporting and exchanging of information between all individuals and line organizations within the department. The SCDOT TEAMS has been presented with the SCDOT On the DOT Award for " . . . Presentation on STIP preparation and resource planning . . . at the National Transportation Finance Conference . . . "
Cost Savings and Cost Estimate Tracking System (CSCETS)

OLH Inc., on the Construction and Resource Manager (CRM) East program, designed and developed this system to track cost savings incurred by the CRM East so that the savings could be documented and shown to the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT). This documentation is imperative to demonstrating to the SCDOT that the CRM East's Program is saving the Department money and is subsequently used as a basis for the Program Manager's semi-annual award fee distribution. OLH Inc. performed the systems requirements definition, designed the final system and assisted in the software's coding.
