OLH Inc. assists the Program Manager and County staff with managing the CIP and 100 individual projects with a contract value of more than $82 million from planning and development scope of service packages through coordination and monitoring of design firms, contractors and other consultants engaged by Polk County. OLH Inc. is providing Program Controls, scheduling and data management and integration support.
Mauldin Road Waste Water Treatment Plan (WWTP) Modifications, Division I and II, Greenville, South Carolina

Work at the existing Mauldin Road WWTP consists of upgrading the service to the RAS/WAS pumping station with installation of new pumps and flow meter at an estimated cost of $60 million. OLH Inc. is providing CPM scheduling services including the development and maintenance of the integrated resource and cost loaded construction schedule using Primavera 5.0. OLH Inc. schedulers are developing the schedule based on architectural, structural, piping, electrical and mechanical plans and specifications.
