Transportation
Transportation has been the cornerstone of our company since 1993. Today, OLH provides project and construction
management services for all types of transportation projects throughout the United States. Our clients know that
we provide quality services and depend upon us time and time again to be a part of the team. Our Transportation
experience encompasses every aspect of highway and bridge rehabilitation, from local intersection improvements to
interstate reconstruction and bridge construction. We have worked on light rail, heavy rail, bus and bus rapid transit,
commuter rail, freight and intermodal facilities. Our airport experience includes small, mid-size, and large airport
programs, proving project and construction management support. As program manager and construction manager, we have
assisted clients with the planning, development, management and control of complex and large-scale transportation
expansions or development programs.
Judicial/ Public Safety
OLH Inc. has worked on award-winning Judicial and Public Safety projects. We have provided construction and project management, as well as construction and project engineers, to owners, architects, and construction contractors on many complex and significant projects. We have worked on projects using many methods of delivery including Program Manager, CM at Risk, Design/Build, and Design/Bid/Build.
Public Buildings/ Facilities/ Housing/ Architecture
Project and construction management have been the primary services of OLH since 1993 on these types of projects.
Through years of supporting owners, architects, and contractors, we have developed extensive expertise and a
thorough, comprehensive and practical approach for managing all aspects and phases of a project - from project
planning, through design, construction and facility occupancy and commissioning.
Infrastructure Improvements
OLH has been assisting Public Sector (cities, municipalities, and government agencies), program managers,
engineers, and contractors on projects for improvements to existing as well as new infrastructure. We
have provided scheduling, planning, cost estimating, and construction management and inspection for a
variety of street infrastructure improvements, water and sewer system upgrades, and wastewater/water treatment
facilities.
Information Technology / Information Systems Support
We provide development, maintenance, and support for centralized administrative applications, technology infrastructure, and client computing, as well as support and advice for a wide variety of other information technology needs.
